The survey was conducted on the basis of data from internal systems that report the activity of employees. 18 male and female employees between the ages of 20 and 33 were surveyed. Results: Remote work has enabled companies to optimize costs and at the same time provides flexibility in finding and hiring new employees, as well as providing opportunities for effective and scalable training in unlimited groups, and employees can optimize their work tasks and performance, due to savings in travel time, preparation for work, meal time and more.
